There are lots of reasons to choose private yoga sessions.
It may be that you would prefer to find out a little more before attending a group class. It might be that you can’t access timetabled classes and you would like to arrange one-to-one or small group classes in your own home.
Perhaps, you are experiencing a specific condition or injury or have a specific goal in mind and would prefer to explore yoga privately. Or you may have been practising for some time and wish to develop your practice beyond what is often possible in a group setting.
