In general, the Terms & Conditions of Emma Kidd Yoga relate to the common consideration of each party on the other.  Emma Kidd Yoga aims to provide a high quality, professional and compassionate service to all clients.  In return, equality of respect is requested.  Specific Terms & Conditions of Emma Kidd Yoga are set out in named policies.


Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors. Although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. Please be aware that Emma Kidd Yoga may alter the information on its website from time to time. Emma Kidd Yoga shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this web site. By using the website and services of Emma Kidd Yoga, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and all specified policies specified and to use the website and services in accordance with these Terms of Service and policies.  Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Purchase Policy

Regular timetabled classes can be paid at the drop-in rate in advance or at the beginning of the class. When purchased in advance, the credit is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

Regular timetabled classes can be purchased in blocks of six which are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Special events, programmes and courses must be purchased in advance.

Private sessions must be purchased in advance.

All purchases are in Pound Sterling.

All purchases are subject to Emma Kidd Yoga’s Terms & Conditions and Cancellation and Refund policies.

Cancellation Policy

Emma Kidd Yoga understands that things crop up and sometimes we are no longer able to attend classes or events or we need to change or cancel appointments.  We are happy to accommodate this as long as we get appropriate notice.

For regular timetabled classes, our cancellation policy is as follows: –

  • Where more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, no refund can be made but the credit can be transferred to another session or service.
  • Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, no refund or credit transfer can be given.

For private appointments, our cancellation policy is as follows: –

  • where more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is received, the credit can be transferred to an alternative session or a full refund can be made.
  • where 24-48 hours notice is received, the credit can be transferred to an alternative session or a 50% refund can be made.
  • where less than 24 hours notice is given, no refund or credit transfer can be made.

For special events, programmes and courses, our cancellation policy is as follows: –

  • where 60 days or more notice is received, up to 50% refund can be made after all associated costs have been met.
  • where 30-60 days notice is received, up to 25% refund can be made after all associated costs have been met.
  • where less than 30 days notice is received, no refund can be made.

Liability Waiver

Under no circumstance, including but not limited to negligence, shall Emma Kidd Yoga be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or inconsequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, their services, or the services of any third-party made available through their services.
Clients understand that to participate in any of the services run by Emma Kidd Yoga, or affiliated organisations, they agree to disclose any medical or other information about my current physical, mental, emotional and spiritual condition that may affect their reaction to any intervention. Within any session, clients accept full responsibility their wellbeing and for choosing whether to undertake any particular practice. Clients understand that, practised regularly, Yoga may have a significant impact on them and take full responsibility for their choice in practising.

Clients accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking part in these services. Those under 18 years of age must have signed agreement to take part by a parent or guardian.

Clients agree to consult their doctor if in any doubt about practising yoga.
Clients agree to advise Emma Kidd Yoga of any change of circumstances.
